IFCU membership & Eligibility
Our Credit Union is a diverse group of 30,000+ members and we want you to be one of them! When you're a member, you're part of a vibrant community who receives access to convenient services, exclusive discounts, and exceptional products. As a member, our earnings are paid back to you in the form of low rates, dividends, and community perks. It pays to be a member. Becoming a member is easy. Here are our eligibility requirements:
IFCU Family
If anyone in your family is a member of IFCU, then you’re eligible for membership as well.
Select Employer Groups
Employees of our Select Employers are eligible for membership. This includes:
- Employees
- Volunteers
- Trustees
- Board members
- Immediate family members of employees (i.e. parents, siblings, and grandparents)
- Retirees of any of our Select Employers
Donations
Anyone who does not qualify for membership through our Select Employer groups, or family, can join by making a $5 donation to:
- The Humane Society of Clinton County
- Carroll County Wabash and Erie Canal
- Almost Home Humane Society
- Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County
- Boys and Girls Club of Clinton County
- CDC Resources
- Community Action Program of Western Indiana
- Warren County Historical Society
Becoming a member is easy!
- A deposit of $5 into a savings account and a one-time $5 membership fee is required to become an IFCU member, giving you access to all the benefits of membership!

- In-branch applications you will need the following documents on hand:

- Government issued ID: State ID or Driver's License, Passport (US or Foreign), Matricula
- Proof of address: Correct on ID card, utility bill, pay stub with the correct address
- Social Security card or ITIN letter
