Direct Deposit is a convenient way to have your money deposited directly into your accounts. Instead of taking the time to deposit a check yourself, the money will automatically be deposited into your account on an agreed upon date. It’s that simple.
Direct Deposit can be used for:
- Payroll
- Social Security
- Benefit checks from federal or state government agencies
- Pension payments
- Tax refunds
- Investment income or any other payments sent electronically through the Automated Clearing House (ACH)
To enroll in direct deposit with your employer, you’ll just need a few things:
- Your Industrial Federal Credit Union account number, found in Digital Banking under Menu > Show Account Number
- Industrial Federal Credit Union's Routing Number: 274974878
- A direct deposit authorization form from your employer
